Terms and Conditions
1. The Refer a Friend Offer (“the Offer”) is organised by The Yorkshire Resin Company Ltd of Unit 10, Howley Park Road East, Howley Park Industrial Estate, Morley, Leeds, LS27 0SW (“YRC”) and is open to existing customers of YRC;
2. The Offer runs provides that, subject to eligibility and the Offer conditions, if the Referrer refers an individual (“the Referred”) and the Referred agrees to engage with one of the solutions referred to in clauses 2.1-2.3, the Referrer shall be entitled to receive a Reward (“Reward”) of a £50 Gift Cheque;
2.1. Resin Bound Surface installation;
2.2. Resin Bonded Surface installation;
2.3. Rubber Crumb Surface Installation;
3. It is a condition of the Offer that the Referred is a paying customer of a minimum of £1,000 for the Referrer to be eligible to receive a Reward.
4. YRC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if the Referrer and the Referred qualifies for the Offer. The decision of YRC is final.
5. In order for the Referrer and the Referred to become eligible to receive the Reward YRC must first receive a deposit or full payment of a minimum of £1,000 from the Referred.
6. All Rewards are also subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
6.1. Upon the Referred paying for one of the services referred to in item 2.1-2.3 the Referrer will be sent a £50 cheque within 2 weeks of the payment date of the Referred.
7. Referrers are required to provide the following information to YRC to enable both the Referrer and the Referred to be eligible to receive the Reward:
7.1. Referrer’s full name;
7.2. Referrer’s email address;
7.3. Referrer’s telephone number;
7.4. Referrer’s full address including house number, street name, town, city, county and postcode;
7.5. Confirmation that YRC is permitted to contact the Referred;
7.6. Referred‘s full name;
7.7. Referred’s email address;
7.8. Referred’s telephone number;
7.9. Referred’s full address including house number, street name, town, city, county and postcode;
8. The Referred must confirm to YRC during the initial consultation that he/she was referred to YRC by the Referrer.
9. It is a condition of the Offer that the Referred has not been a customer of YRC 2 years prior to the commencement of this Offer. If the Referred has been a customer of YRC 2 years prior, the Referrer will not be eligible to receive a Reward.
10. The Offer is not available to any individuals who retain YRC services or individuals who have outstanding fees owing to The Yorkshire Resin Company Ltd;
11. The Referrer and the Referred shall only be eligible for the Reward where they have complied with the obligations set out in clause 5, clause 7 and all other relevant provisions of this agreement.
12. All Rewards will be sent to the Referrer within 2 weeks after the deposit or full payment of a minimum of £1,000 has been made by the Referred.
13. In the event that the Referred does not engage with one of the businesses or solutions referred to in clauses 2.1-2.3 (inclusive), the Reward will no longer be available to the Referrer.
14. YRC reserves the right to determine when to issue the Reward to the Referrer.
15. YRC will distribute the Reward to a UK address only. It is not possible for YRC to arrange for the Reward to be delivered to an overseas address.
16. No alternatives will be offered in place of the Reward and Rewards cannot be changed from the £50 Cheque.
17. All queries or comments relating to the Offer should be sent in writing to the following address: The Yorkshire Resin Company Ltd, “Refer a Friend Offer”, Unit 10, Howley Park Road East, Howley Park Industrial Estate, Morley, Leeds, LS27 0SW.
18. By accepting this Offer, the Referrer and the Referred consent to receiving information from YRC relating to new services, offers and product information by e-mail, SMS or phone. In order to provide certain product material YRC may employ the services of external companies. This would involve YRC supplying personal data to those companies. The Referrer and the Referred can unsubscribe from all service/product updates by emailing info@yorkshireresin.co.uk. YRC requires notification immediately in order for them to update their records and prevent this from occurring.
19. YRC reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the Offer as appropriate. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer of promotion.
20. The Offer will only apply at the discretion of YRC.
21. The Offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Offer is not available to individuals under the age of 18. If the Referred does not qualify, the Referred shall not be permitted to use any of the businesses or solutions contained within clause 2.1 – 2.3 or apply for the Offer.
22. YRC reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the Offer without prior notice or liability. Any Referrer or Referred who qualifies for the Offer agrees to indemnify and hold YRC harmless against all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature that may result or which YRC may sustain, suffer or incur as a result of YRC agreeing to provide the Offer to that Referrer and the Referred.
23. By entering the Offer, the Referrer or the Referred will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
24. The Offer is run in accordance with, and will be governed by, the laws of England.
